BikeNZ Road and Track is actively seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with a strong background in Development Road Coaching to fill the role of Junior U 17 Boys and Junior U17 Girls Coach.
If you would like to be part of creating the future pathways of NZ's up and coming Road riders, we invite you to become a part of the BikeNZ Road and Track Junior Road Development Programme.
The successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal/organizational skills with a focus on quality athlete support and performance development.
The role will require coaching leadership and direction for U17 Road riders and their personal coaches, to ensure the highest delivery of the BikeNZ Road and Track Junior Road Development program.
The roles will be volunteer positions and for are to be appointed for a 2 year term. Current industry qualifications and previous coaching experience in Junior and Development athletes is highly desirable.
