We left Christchuurch at 9.00am thinking that Ashburton was an easy ride away. We had a tail wind and the ride is basically flat so got there very early. Justin was averaging 35km/hr!! I was doing 25-30km/hr. So after a quick discussion we said, "Timaru here we come." So here we are, 166km...
